Terms of Service

1. Services & Delivery

ZypheroLab provides web design, web development, and technical SEO services. Estimated delivery times are communicated upon quoting. The delivery of the first functional version for standard packages is usually 3-5 business days from receiving all necessary materials from the client.

2. Payment

Projects require a 50% upfront payment to secure execution time, and the remaining 50% must be paid prior to the final launch of the website in production on the client's domain, unless agreed otherwise.

3. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment for services, the source code, custom design, and all delivered materials become 100% the property of the client. ZypheroLab reserves the right to mention the project in our portfolio unless a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) has been signed.

4. Limitation of Liability

We cannot guarantee specific traffic or sales results. Our optimization services (SEO, speed, UX) maximize your chances of success, but search engine algorithms vary. ZypheroLab will not be liable for any modifications made to the code by the client or third parties after the final project delivery.
